GUEST RELATIONS POLICY
Room reservations shall be secured with credit card payment at the time of booking. Rates quoted are based on check-in date, length of stay and number of occupants. Rates are subject to change. Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, room type or number of occupants after the reservation is booked is subject to the Motel’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change. Applicable taxes, service charges and value added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to the room rate.

If arrival is early in the day and guests would like immediate access to the Motel room, then it is recommended that a reservation be made and paid for the previous night. Similarly, for late departures, a late check-out fee equal to one night’s room rate may be imposed. Guests are advised to check with Management for early arrivals and /or late departures. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check into the Motel. Any person under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a person who is at least 21 years old and occupying the same room.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72-hours prior to check-in time (except for holidays, special events and group reservations) in order to receive a refund. Reservations for holidays, special events and group reservations must be cancelled at least 14-days prior to check-in time in order to receive a refund.
To ensure parking for all Motel guests, there is one parking space per room. This policy shall be strictly enforced. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner’s expense.
No pets of any kind are allowed, except use of a service animal by a person with a disability. Management may ask to inspect the service animal’s designated ID or tag. The Motel reserves the right to exclude the service animal if that animal’s behavior poses a threat to the health or safety of others or if the service animal is not housebroken. The guest may continue to remain at the Motel without the service animal’s presence. The guest will be charged for any damage caused by the service animal. Violation of the No-Pet Policy shall result in the imposition of a fee assessment equal to one night’s room rate, plus the cost to repair any damages caused by the pet and immediate termination of occupancy.
The Motel has a smoke-free environment. All guestrooms and balcony areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the building. Violation of the No- Smoke Policy may result in a fee assessment equal to one night’s room rate, plus the cost to repair any damages caused to the room, and immediate termination of occupancy.
The Motel may immediately terminate the occupancy of guests who exceed the occupancy limitation of the room with no refunds.
There are a limited number of rollaway beds available at the rate of $20 per night.
Lost room keys will be charged to the guest at $100 per key.
LOST / DAMAGED TV REMOTE
Lost or damaged TV remote control units will be charged to the guest at $100 per unit.
The Motel wants all guests to enjoy their stay. The Motel enforces a strict “No Tolerance Noise Policy”. Excessively loud noise or disorderly conduct of any guest or visitor is prohibited and may result in expulsion from the property. Management reserves the right to immediately terminate the occupancy of those guests who violate this policy with no refunds. Management also reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors to the Motel property.
